Position goals

To build up the right product positioning for IDPPE China NZ business
To deliver professional knowledge and skill training to IDPPE NZ counselors
To provide professional support to branches and National Marketing team
To drive and facilitate branches to achieve annual performance goals

Key Responsibilities

To identify and develop IDPPE China NZ product positioning strategy and clearly differentiate IDPPE China NZ business against competitors, with in-depth understanding of China marketing for “Study in NZ” service.
Point of contact and face of the company for clients – both in country and onshore. To meet with representatives of NZ institutions, and share educational knowledge, information, and experiences with team.
Point of contact for any communication with onshore client team in NZ. To work with IDPPE’s NZ onshore team for effective client acquisition strategy and facilitate in client acquisition process.
To work with local and online marketing team in all kinds of campaigns including but not limited to educational events and online campaigns. As a key stakeholder to provide NZ counseling team with clearly articulated product selling points.
To make sure that agreed number of counselors is in place (and certified to counselors). Recruitment and selection of new destination counselors.
To support the counseling training & development with effective knowledge sharing. Enhancing counselor productivity and client knowledge through fortnightly reviews. Providing the knowledge for destination specific pipeline information.
To conduct survey and research initiatively, and improve knowledge and working skill (both knowledge and soft skills) frequently.
To be familiar with the functionality of IDPPE system, and complete the system specified tasks accurately and timely.
To establish quality framework for applications to destination. Reviewing progress of student pipeline and providing support to meet the conversation and finalization targets.

Expected Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years working experiences as a counselor in a studying overseas agent with proven track record of a successful counselor;
Solid experiences in managing product related issues in the area of marketing
Have in-depth understanding of education system in NZ with up-to-date information of programs and courses offered by institutions;
University graduate in Education, English Language or another related subjects is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents;
Highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation and coaching
Experience of studying and living in NZ is a plus
