在制定自己留學規(guī)劃的過程中，相信很多學生和家長還都是非常關(guān)注未來職業(yè)發(fā)展方向和薪資待遇的。所以，在留學選校的時候，除了參考最新的院校排名之外，Payscale排名無疑是非常重要的參考。PayScale每年都會公布一份美國大學薪資水平報告，通過調(diào)查近三千所大學或?qū)W院畢業(yè)生薪資水平，對于學生的選校會帶來很大的幫助。

　　近期，PayScale發(fā)布了最新的2023-20年度大學生薪酬報告。（PayScale是一家位于美國西雅圖的薪水調(diào)查公司。PayScale尤以發(fā)布美國大學畢業(yè)生的薪水排行聞名，擁有世界上最大，最完善的雇員薪酬數(shù)據(jù)庫。）

　　報告顯示：從所學專業(yè)角度分析，在美國本科畢業(yè)生專業(yè)中，石油工程拔得頭籌，而高薪專業(yè)主要還是集中于STEM（科學、技術(shù)、工程或數(shù)學）專業(yè)。

　　另外，哈維穆德學院 (Harvey Mudd)繼續(xù)蟬聯(lián)榜首，麻省理工學院位居第二。哈維穆德是加利福尼亞州一所小型的文理工程學院，在校生僅800多人，不設(shè)研究生院，但其相關(guān)專業(yè)實力和學生生源常常與麻省理工和加州理工等相比較。該校85%的畢業(yè)生獲得STEM學位。
